Audit any website, then send the report.
Paste a link. Every measurement comes back with the number behind it and the change that fixes it, ready to send as a report with your name on it.
01It measures, it does not guess
Most audit tools return a score out of a hundred and leave you to explain it. pagehaul opens the page in a real browser and reads the rendered result: how many typefaces are actually in use, how many distinct font sizes, whether spacing lands on any grid at all, which colour pairs fail contrast and by how much, how many calls to action compete above the fold.
Every finding carries the measurement it came from, so when a client asks “how do you know?” the answer is in the report. What could not be measured is listed as not measured, rather than quietly passed.
02The report is yours, not ours
An audit nobody sends is worth nothing. After the measurement pass you add what only you can: what you noticed, what you would change, what the business should do first. Those go in the report in the first person and are marked as your judgement, kept separate from the measured facts so neither one weakens the other.
The result is a PDF with your name and your studio on it, plus a short outreach email written around the single biggest finding.
03What it covers
Design and visual craft, usability, turning visits into enquiries, speed, mobile, accessibility, search visibility and credibility. Eight areas, each with a plain verdict rather than a number that needs decoding, so a busy owner can read the summary and know where they stand.
Need the files from a page rather than a critique of it? The same scan engine also powers the website downloader and image extractor.
04Questions people ask
What does a website audit actually check?
pagehaul measures what can be measured: typography, colour contrast against WCAG, spacing consistency, layout alignment, visual hierarchy, load weight and speed, mobile behaviour, SEO basics, form usability and trust signals. Every number comes from the live page, not an estimate.
Is this website audit tool free?
Every account gets 2 full audits free. There is no card to enter first, and the measurements are the same ones paid plans get.
Can I put my own name and branding on the report?
Yes. The report is prepared by you: your name, your studio, your voice, your closing note. pagehaul supplies the measurements and the structure; the opinions in it are yours and are written in the first person.
How is this different from PageSpeed Insights?
Speed tools measure speed. This measures design and conversion too, the things a prospect actually notices, and turns them into an argument a business owner can read. It also produces a sendable PDF rather than a dashboard.
How long does an audit take?
Usually under a minute for the measurement pass. Writing the report takes another moment after you add your own observations.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser. Paste a URL and the audit starts.
Paste a prospect's link and get a report you can send.
